Question about DDE?

Can anyone tell me about DDE? I've heard about it, but I really don't know what it is or how you purchase it, or even how much it costs. Can anyone give me the lowdown please?

You must be either a Florida Resident or an adult Annual Passholder to purchase it.

If you are an annual passholder, it is $50 for one year...$75 for Florida Residents that aren't passholders. It then gets you 20% off at almost all Disney operated full service and buffet restaurants, including alcohol. It is also good at counter service locations at Animal Kingdom Park and Disney's value class resorts, since there are no Disney full service restaurants at these locations.
