Question about Curves program

I've been hearing/reading about so many good results with the Curves program, I really wanted to do this.

My question is, what are the hours that your Curves is open?

When I called for info, I was told the one closest to me is only open Mon-Wed-Fri from 9 a.m. till noon and again from 3 p.m. till 7 p.m. and open Tue and Thur from 8 a.m. till 11 a.m. and again from 3 p.m. till 7 p.m.
Is this usual for most of them and, if so, how do you manage to fit it in?

With having my granddaughter here almost every weekday and a part time job in the evenings, I was really disappointed in their hours.

Mine is open about like that too- I either go in the a.m. after taking my son to school or in the evening after my dh comes home.

Mine is a brand new one (only open about 6 weeks). Our hours are Monday to Thursday 8AM - 8PM. Friday 8AM - 7PM. Saturday 8AM - Noon. There's another one further away from me that has the same hours except that it opens in the weekday mornings at 6AM. It's right across from one of the hospitals so I'm thinking that's the reason for the extended earlier hours since a lot of nurses start work at 7AM.

Wow! Great hours on your Curves!

I, too, am a new Curves member and am slightly disappointed in the hours. It makes it hard with two little kids (my Curves won't let them in even though they are angels!) By the time dh gets home, I'm rushing out the door to get there. And sometimes things get in the way--can't go tonight b/c of hair cuts, would have been nice to go this am before dh went to work.

Ours is open M-TH 9-12 and 4-7 and Friday 9-12 and 3-6.

They say they will expand hours as it gets busier and as the need increases. Right now they are planning on opening at 8am MWF in a couple of weeks.

I have called Curves all over the country to get a feel about how hours expand, but even the very FIRST curves in Texas has similar hours to mine. And ones you'd think would be busy (Chicago for example) have similar hours. So I'm not hopeful that it will be open long hours anytime soon.

I guess that just means I need to work harder to get there when it is open and/or convince my parents to move closer so I can drop the kids off at their house every day!

It looks like a lot of the Curves have similar hours. The lady I talked to this morning said there's one in the area that does have some Saturday hours, but it's even further away than this one is.

I need to sit down and figure out how I could work this into my schedule if I want to do it. I was told they're planning to open one closer to me in the fall, so that would help by cutting out about 15 minutes of drive time each way.

I, too, am diappointed in most Curves' hours. Mine says that it is open from 7:30 - 7:30 (M-F) - but is closed from 1 to 3. We do have Saturday morning hours. My SIL owns two Curves franchises and has even shorter hours - she says that they get guidance from Corporate regarding operating hours - they add machines and add hours as they enroll new members. So as soon as your Curves gets more members, look for expanded hours. (Rumor has it that the one I go to will soon re-open at 2 PM on M-W-F!)
