I was told when I made my ressie that if you are on the dining plan they did not need a credit card to hold it--or maybe it was no money would be taken out as a deposit if we were on the dining plan. Is this true? We are actually not on the dining plan but the majority of our table will be so the CM told us it was easier to book it like we were all on the dining plan then explain when we arrive. I have been told so many false things by CMs that I just want to make sure.

We're on the Dining Plan but I still had to leave a credit card # in case we don't show up. Nothing has been charged to my card, though-it's "just in case".

When I called earlier today to make ADR's, the CM told me that due to the changes with the ADR's, and specifically the changes at CRT, I'd now need to leave a CC deposit for it. She said that even though I am on the dining plan, that I would now need to give a CC to secure it. She said I wouldn't be charged unless I didn't show up or cancel prior to that day.

She also said that CRT is now 2 TS meal credits. You may want to pass that along to those with you who are on the dining plan, as they may need/want to change reservations. Personally, I don't think it's worth 2 credits, so, I didn't book it. She also said the new price is $39.99 and $24.99, you can also get a photo package with the characters for $29.99 and starting on Feb. 1st, you will get a limited edition lithograph if you purchase the photo package.

Hope this helps.

In other threads, I've read these new prices are effective February 1.

Sorry, I should've clarified, yes, she said this goes into effect Feb. 1st.
