Question about carrying things on rides

First timer going to Disney in a few weeks and was wondering if we'll be able to carry a small waist pack type thing onto the rides? It's just me and my son, and we'll be riding most things together and I won't have anyone to carry our little bag (camera, sunglasses, etc).

What do we do with this stuff if we can't wear/carry it??

THanks!

Sure you can. Just be careful if there is a bar holding you down or seat belt. Don't want to smash your belongings. Have fun on the rides and on your trip. :thumbsup2

Waist packs should be no problem at all. However, I WOULD stick a plastic bag inside there that you can fit your entire waist pack in to protect your camera in case it rains or you want to go on wet rides like Splash Mountain or Kali River Rapids in Animal Kingdom. Kali has a centre area that is supposed to keep things dry but it's not ideal, sometimes stuff still gets wet on it.

Thanks!!! Good tip for the plastic bag!

The hefty one zip bags work great for putting your bag into while on Kali River Rapids.
