Question about Carousel of Progress

We just returned from a trip to Disneyworld in early January. While watching the Carousel of Progress (I think it was the 1940's scene), I thought it looked like the father was wearing two left shoes. Was it just the angle I was looking at it? I know it is a trivial question, but my need for symmetry has not let me forget it.

:P Hahaha! That's funny! I've never noticed that either!
Now I won't be able to NOT notice.

In 2085, the father will have his ballcap on sideways in the 2010s scene.

Carousel of Progress is one of my all-time favorite attractions, and we enjoyed it twice earlier this month on our trip with extended family. :)

I've never noticed his shoes. A CM did tell us there is a cat in every scene (we found the cat in 3) and 6 or 7 "hidden Mickeys", but never found those.

There is a TV commercial on the air now with the Carousel of Progress theme song "it's a great big beautiful tomorrow..."! I think it is for a sporting event or something.

When we heard it we had just returned from WDW and we both said "I know that song"!!

Isn't there something in the dialogue about going to the dance that evening, and having "two left feet"?

They look like they're on the wrong feet, not so much 2 left feet. But hilarious no matter what. I'll be there in a month, so I'll definitely pay good attention to that. Can't wait.
