How long would be considered normal for it to take a TA to cancel a trip? I asked for our early fall trip to be cancelled a month ago and I’ve still not heard anything about it. We decided to go elsewhere this fall so I asked for a refund and plan to book for next year and pay the deposit separately. I know things are back logged and that refunds are taking a while but I would like some communication that it’s at least been submitted or processing. We love our TA so I don’t want to come off rude or overbearing but I feel like a month is a decent amount of time to hear something back.
