Question about calling Disney.

I want to call and find out if we have a pin code, but I'm not sure if it would be better to wait and call during the week.

Is it the same call center on the weekend, or does Disney redirect your call?

I don't think it matters. DH called on a weekend and found out he had a PIN.

Let us know if you have one I called once about a pin I could not use and, thanks to the DIS boards, asked if there were any others I had one that I could use but never knew about it So I booked that day
