After our Swan wedding, my wonderful, handsome, talented, charming and incredibly funny fiance (or, husband by then!!!) are planning to go to California Grill for dinner. We're not having a formal reception there, but we are inviting all of our guests to come have dinner with us.
We have to make reservations in 10 days and I have a few questions.
First of all, we aren't exactly sure at this point how many people we will have with us. We're thinking it's going to be somewhere around 16 - 20. Does California Grill host parties that large? We didn't necessarily want to get a private room, so I guess I'm wondering what that threshold is where your party has to get a private room?
Secondly, I know that we have to put a credit card on file when we make our reservation, but if you alter your reservation, do they penalize you by charging your card? I'm wondering because if someone cancels at the last moment and is not able to come, I will obviously alter our reservation appropriately, but do not want to be charged anything for the change.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

P.S. Obviously this was typed by df. He was too chicken to use his own name
