Question about buying at AKV

We are considering buying in at AKV. If we do so, is our home resort both Kidani and Jambo? Or do we choose one or another?

There isn't really a difference - the points are AKV points and are the same at either Jambo or Kidani. We own in both buildings but there isn't any sort of designation between the contracts. You can use the points at Jambo or Kidani and you have home resort advantage regardless of which building you own in or which building you book.

Home resort will be the Villas at Animal Kingdom Lodge, which consists of two buildings, Jambo and Kidani. Your 11 month window applies to the entire resort and you are paying dues related to the entire resort. When you reserve you do choose which building you want to stay in for the particular trip.

You deed will have one or the other on it but you can use both. We bought 3 years ago and are deeded at Jambo but we have stayed at Kadani twice and as posted 11 month booking advances count for both!

Doesn't matter - they are all AKV!!!
Good choice - you will love it there
