Question about borrowing points?

If I have a February use year and I only have 16 points left in my 2008 use year can I borrow a few points from my 2009 use year for a reservation in March 2008? I would need to try to make the reservation now but I don't know if I can do this or should I just pay someone to transfer the points that I need into my account with a 2008 use year? I hope this makes sense.......

I'm not a member yet, but from what I have read, yes you can borrow from 2009 feb points to make ressie for march 2008. In fact you could have made the ressie 7 months out from march 08 or 11 months if it was ur home resort.

Absolutely...remember that everything keys of the reservation date not the date of making the reservation. Even though you book the reservation today, as long as the reservation is for the period beginning 12 months prior to your UY, then you can borrow from your 2009 allocation.

Your Feb UY actually begins 2/1/xx whcih means you can borrow from your 2009 allocation and use it for reservations beginning 2/1/08. It would only be a problem if you wanted to use the points for the visit in January, 2008.
