Prayers dear Snowysmom all around. All I know is you make a faithful and kind difference wherever you are. Any volunteer opportunity would be touched by your being part of it. Try out a few possibilities for volunteering, pray on it, and a good fit will come.
Good morning everyone and Happy Wednesday. It's stuffy right now in my bedroom because we haven't been using the air conditioner in here. As some of you may remember, in May 2020 we had two new through the wall air conditioners installed because the owner of our building decided oit of the blue to replace all the windows of all ten apartments. Dad and I, long story that was already told and long moved on from, ended up having to purchase on our own the two new AC's. We were/are blessed that they do work wonderfully.
The AC in here we (and at least one if not two of our building's maintenance men) believe my AC was not properly installed to fit tightly. The wall the AC is in has cracked and breaks off in very small pieces ever since it was put in. Until this year we had never thought too much of that other than being sure to extra Swiffer that area at the back of my room.
Dad and I earlier this year had (different days/needs) had both maintenance men, J and M out. Dad showed them my wall including the gray patches (that maybe have grown since. My recliner chair's back is to that wall so I mostly don't see it). Anyway both J and M recommended having the wall looked at including for possible mold.
Dad and I, as all of dear you know, have had a lot going on this year. Getting the owner of our building to approve Sonia, the property manager, sending someone out is not easy because he doesn't seem to like to spend much money on his building. Sonia is great but can only do what is approved by the owner. Dad will be calling Sonia again this morning as a follow up. We never did hear back from our message from a couple weeks ago. Dad just opened my window a bit more which feels so nice. Update God willing to come later. Hugs always to all.

Today's itinerary is to visit Manoa Falls this morning and this afternoon we're going to the Arizona Memorial and the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. Dinner tonight at Duke's Waikiki.
Of course I have plans to work in the yard on Saturday.
. As long as I work from home on Wednesday's and I don't have anything else scheduled, I think I'm going to pick her up. Yesterday we went to the park and played, and then we went to the library. Bailey got her a book back in July from the library called Where's Bruce the Bear (I think that's the title) and she loved it. I was down to their house one night and read the book to her over and over and she laughed the entire time. Anyway, I found the book last night so we got that and about 5 other books checked out for her. She was so excited when I showed her the Bear book. After the library we stopped at McDonald's and then went home so she could eat dinner. I hung out at their house playing with her for awhile, I ended up not getting home until 8:30
. The dogs weren't happy to wait for dinner that long 
, I didn't think I'd be that late.
. I bought another ticket but I'm just going to put the rest in the bank. I've been buying some clothes since I've been working at Kohl's, nothing major just hitting the clearance racks, so the lottery money can pay for that.
and books.

We may do one more test, but we may just baby her while we can, as she still seems happy and comfortable for now.
