How do you store your printed photos? Frames, photo boxes, albums, scrapbooks....
I used to put hard copies in photo albums. When the kids were small, I had separate photo albums for them but once they started school I combined them, they were in so many pictures together anyway. After they graduated from high school, I made them both a high school years photo book. I also made them photo books for their Boy/Girl Scout years. I used to use My Publisher for the photo books until they were bought out by Shutterfly, now I use them. I've made photo books of our wedding, Disney trips, regular trips, reunions and other various things we've done. I store my digital photos on a portable drive.
I have a couple of years of photos that I need to do something with on my phone. I've made yearly photo books called A Year in Review, I am a couple of years behind on those.
I've got a lot of photos of my mom's that I need to scan and pass on to other family members. I have a printer that scans but it's a pain to use. I plan to look into just a photo scanner and see if I can find one that is not too expensive.
Chair update is sadly it will be going back to Staples.
Sorry to hear that your chair doesn't work. I can sympathize but in a different way. DH is 12" taller than me and furniture does not fit us both the same way. I've always deferred to him just because I can sit somewhat comfortably in furniture that fits him but he is definitely not comfortable in furniture that fits me. I've told him that the next recliner we get is going to be mine.
We are home from errands and grocery shopping,,temp is already 80..and ICK..the cicada's started emerging this morning..Ugly little noisy things.
I've heard that this year there is going to be a lot of them.
We've recently "rediscovered" egg salad. For some reason it wasn't something I usually made, not for any particular reason. Goodness knows we eat a lot of eggs - so one day I made some and my husband was like "why haven't we been eating this more often?" haha. So egg salad is back on our rotation.
That sounds good, I need to look into that.
Woke up this morning to beautiful blue skies. My tomato plants are doing well, no apparent damage from so much rain. The Romas are chock full of baby tomatoes and my Cherokee Purple finally has one on it.
Took groceries to the church for our food drive. Received an email from our head minister that with Governor Abbot's lift of the mask mandate both church services would be mask free, a small section of the auditorium would be set aside for those who still wanted to wear masks. They, the ministers and elders, request that masks be worn in all communal areas.
DH had his first shot, Pfizer, this morning. He is not in a good mood. GKs are driving him up the wall and he's only been home 30 minutes. Hope DD comes home soon.
I had planned to go grocery shopping this evening after a dinner out but not sure now if I'll make it.
