Kirby I wear a swim skirt and separate top and use a SPF shirt to cover the top. The shirt does fit loosely. I like it alot as I feel covered and yet able to enjoy the pool the one time I actually got to use it at WDW.

When you wore the swim top in the water did it float up? I'm thinking that mine is big enough to do that.

Mona, your puzzle looks like a fun on to put together!

DS and wife came by for awhile yesterday. It was good to see them! We're taking the kids over to their house next weekend.

@Kirby My swim shirt did not float up. It actually ended up like alot of wet shirts, up against my skin. I had no trouble with it. It is large on me but not overly so. If yours is really big maybe you could exchange it for a smaller size. Glad you could see your DS and DDIL.

Good morning. Yesterday was such a blustery, cold day. I did all my walks but the wind really made it cold. Hopefully I burned a few calories trying to stay warm. It is around 30 right now but expected to get into the upper 40s. I saw Jeff's family yesterday and played games with Ellie and Jeff. Luke wanted to work on some craft projects and Charlotte just loved helping everyone. Sam was a bit under the weather but smiled as usual. I bought Santa's Village tickets for this summer's trip. It is something to look forward to.

Off to work. I was off Friday so have to play catch up. No one does my work while I am off for a day or 2. I am hoping when I am off for a week my boss will do at least some of it. It is tough to get back from vacation and have to play catch up. That can take me weeks.

Good Monday morning.

Working in the office today, was told that I had to start coming in on Monday's. I'm not happy at all.

I was off this weekend so I did a lot of cleaning around the house, grocery shopping and yesterday I spent 2 hours meal prepping for the week. My back is killing me ! When I went to get up off the couch yesterday, I could barely move, I knew I did way too much over the weekend.

Watched the basketball tournaments all weekend . Still trying to find somewhere to go for Easter brunch. I don't have much faith in Evan remembering to take Mia to see the Easter bunny so I'll probably do that next weekend when I get off work.

Watching Jacob's dog again, this time for 2 weeks. Hopefully everything goes smoothly like the last time. I can tell Carly is already nervous, she smells G in the house.

Love all the kid pics! I would love to share some of my newest DGD who is now 6 and 3/4 months old, but parents have a no internet/social media policy and I would never violate that, now that I know they've made that decision. They just sent me one that was adorable and extremely hilarious of her starting to crawl after a book which she wanted to put in her mouth. She ended up on her back with the book on her lap and her semi sitting up as though reading it.

The hilarious part was my son claiming she learned to crawl and read on the same day during the video!

Tried calling, and got some weird recording on his phone that the customer is not available. I wish he would stop using a stupid Tracfone. Around here they run on Verizon and Verizon sucks most of the time.

When you wore the swim top in the water did it float up?

I forgot I was going to say I've worn swim shorts and a swim top before and I had the problem of them always floating up or if they were more snug, they would still puff up, with like a bubble in there, I would have to constantly push out. Weird. LOL I bought DD a one piece on clearance a couple years ago and she didn't care for it, so I started wearing it. I really liked the fit and actually felt more comfy in it then the shorts that I felt like I was constantly pulling down from riding up and having to fix the swim top.

@Breezy_Carol Hawaii!! How exciting. I think want to make that my 50th birthday trip. I've never been and really want to go. Loved the pics.

@Judique how cute the picture of your newest granddaughter sounds. Baby Ana's parents didn't want to share her via social media, etc at first but changed their mind. I try not to share too much because she isn't my baby of course but her momma doesn't mind me doing some.

@lynxstch that happens sometimes on my phone when I was on the chrome browser. I switched back to my regular browser when I started getting spammy popups even with my adblocker. I haven't had any of the problems I was having before so that's good. Hope Dave is finally there and you get more progress done in the bathroom today.

@Snowysmom we have a Santa's Village close to here too. It used to a little amusement park but closed down years ago. It was just recently reopened as more of a outdoor adventure park, hiking, bike trails, zip lines, etc but they still have some of the Santa's village stuff especially t Christmas with ice skating and stuff like that.

I finally got hold of him on his phone. He decided to go to the funeral today, and was at the luncheon. So he won't be here today. I am a little aggravated as he could have made a 30 second phone call to tell me that. So now we lost 3 days. I am thinking about starting the grouting by myself. It's been years and years since I grouted a kitchen floor, and don't even remember how, but I can find a you tube video to tell me, lol.

Yes! It is aggravating, but I use an iPad Pro so it only takes a pinch to make it big again, but it is still annoying. I’m sure they’re trying to fix it.

Working today. Not much going on.

DD’s taking Toto to get groomed today for the first time in a while, which is good because he’s been looking like a ragamuffin. She’s enjoying her new hamster - she’s had him out of the cage for the first time the past couple of evenings so he’s getting used to it. I even held him, he feels so small! She’s waiting for the vet to call about her previous hamster. She had him cremated. They were so sweet about it there when she brought him in. She had him all tucked in a little container just so.

Someone asked how DH was doing. (Thank you.) He feels good but we’re adjusting his medicine as his BP is still running high, not sure why. Had to write to his cardiologist to let him know, and they were good about it. (Nurse called w instructions.) Debating on writing again today, I probably will. He sees him at the end of the week but I don’t want to wait that long. We thankfully found a larger BP cuff locally, Amazon disappointed in that what they said was XL was not. We have multiple cuffs here already but they are all normal size. He’s a big man and needs a bigger cuff. We still check it manually tho because we’re not sure the readings on the auto one are accurate. We will need to find a manual bigger one somewhere, too. I remember when my mother used to have these issues, too, but she was pretty small. Fortunately none of the rest of us have had any problems with our BP. DH’s has been beautiful, too, so we will have to figure out why it’s up all of a sudden.

It used to a little amusement park but closed down years ago.

We have an abandoned zoo that you can hike through a couple of hours from here. Haven't done it yet but maybe when the kids get a little older.

I have a new great niece, Piper Jordan, born about 1 am last night. She is daughter #5 for my nephew and wife. She was born in their car on the way to the birthing center. My nephew delivered her, his paramedic/firefighter skills came in handy. Plus she is a NICU nurse so the baby was in good hands. I hear that there is one more spot in their mini van, wonder if they will try one more time for a boy?????

Good afternoon.

Spending the day with Ben as he wasn't feeling well. I went to Wyatt's Basketball game last night and he did really well. He even scored 4 baskets. Not bad for a kid that never played before. As I left the game and was walking towards the cars with my daughter I fell again. Thankfully there were still some men around and they helped get me standing. I was more worried about my camera than I was about me, which caused some odd looks until I explained how expensive that camera and lens are. I had an appointment with the podiatrist's office this morning anyway, so I just iced the ankle, took some Aleve and put an ankle brace on. Unfortunately, I have a bad sprain again and am back in the boot for at least through Easter. The doctor does want an MRI after I am healed tom see what is going on in there, but she did explain that since I have had several bad sprains and a previous fracture (I don't even remember that one) I am going to be very prone to spraining this ankle for the rest of my life. I told her I didn't want the surgery 10 years ago and I won't want it now so we shall see what happens.

Thankfully Ben seems to be doing much better and doesn't have a fever so he can go to school tomorrow.

I am having that issue with the page too. I didn't seem to have the issue on the phone or U-Pad. Hope they resolve it soon.
