Quality Suites Cocoa Beach???

Has anyone ever stayed here? Please tell me if it is new and nice or old and nasty? Need your help.

It's a well-maintained, but non-descript property on a postage stamp lot. You'd probably be happier at the Hampton Inn or Marriott Courtyard.
