I wanted it, too. My sellers are dragging their feet and if my contract doesn't close by the date it's supposed to, I will pull the plug. Being stuck in limbo is the only reason I didn't grab the 100 point contract.

We aren't looking to buy more points until 2026 or later. So I was just staring at it and felt like it was taunting me.

Great price! How long was it on the market?

Don’t quote me exactly but was over a month; want to say 45 to 55 days based on my memory. Definitely saw ones listed longer who weren’t as receptive to low offers but it’s likely these sellers were more amendable to price at 50 day mark then if had been 2 days haha. Now just to pass rofr monster….

DW and I did not mind the stripped contracts. We think it being stripped with a delayed closing (December) helped it pass ROFR. We already have direct and resale points to use in the meantime. We just wanted a few more points to use in Disneyland.

Been waiting anxiously to see if yours passed. We sent our BLT offer into ROFR 4 days after yours for not much more per point and saw yours as a good gauge. Feel pretty confident now
