QSDP Reviews! (w/pics) - 2 Adults, 2 Weeks, 56 CS and 56 Snacks!!!

Really nice reviews and pic's :)

Oh no my hubby is going to be devastated he can't get a good cup of tea!

All your QS is making me want to downgrade my plan!

Thank you for sharing these reviews--I always love seeing thoughts about the different QS options! :thumbsup2

Love this review and seeing all the quick serve options! Only problem is now I'm always hungry lol!

 That chocolate cake is almost as dark as the container it's in! Yowza!

subbing --- my family only does QSDP because it's awesome and flexible!! no need to plan my cravings 180 days out :)

Thank you all for reading my posts - I would to QSDP again without a doubt and wouldnt upgrade. Im hoping to get free QSDP again for next year!

Wow, you got those TGIFridays cocktails 6 for $15!
That is a real steal. They are not usually that cheap in the states, you got a great buy. That must have been a sale. I have fond memories of the Mudslide one. Tastes just like a rich chocolate shake--yum, yum.

I'm excited to see your reviews - especially WPE. I am definitely planning on trying a lunch and hopefully a breakfast there next month! Your reviews of your meals there only reinforced that it looks to be a great choice!! :thumbsup2

Thanks for sharing your reviews and lovely photos!

Started the next day with snacks from Cafe Rix; Cinnamon Roll, Pain au Chocolate, Water and Juice. No pics of this, they were always the same good quality and nice and soft - how I like my pastry!

In Typhoon lagoon (not sure which location) we had;
Me - Chicken wrap, apple slices, cookie and choc milk
DH - Chilli dog, Fries, Cookie and choc milk

we both gave these a 3 out of 5, they were ok but not very flavourful

Later in the day we bought 1/2 dozen mini doughnuts and frozen lemonade- I cant be sure but I think these were both a snack credit? Maybe it was the heat but the lemonade was great - a bit over sweet but good and the doughnuts were oh-my-goodness-super-delicious! 5!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now , something with a pic!
back in the hotel that night we went to Cafe Rix and got hot sandwiches

I believe these were both chessesteak and came with blue cheese, I dont like bue cheese so they kindly replaced mine with mozzarella. If we had never been to EOS er would have given them a 5 but in light of that fact that we had eaten the great sandwiches at EOS we went for a 4

Yummy food! I shouldn't have read this before dinner, I am so hungry now! We did upgrade to the DDP as I like my food, but I'm glad to know we wouldn't have missed out on much, so maybe next time I'll stick to QSDP :-)
Xx

just read all your report...we love the qsdp as well. I can't be doing with the planning of what we want to eat so far in advance on the other plans.

Loving the cocktails..might have to go in search of them down I-drive.
You did get your disney cup with your dinning plan didn't you?

Those cupcakes from Staring Rolls looked so so scrummy, can't wait to munch some.

We always take good ol' Yorkshire Tea with us..we MUST have a proper cuppa in the morning.

Thank you for taking the time to do this.:thumbsup2

Hello there!
I've just been reading you CSR review on the UK boards so have hopped over to read your dining review
Glad I did, it's fab :)

Great reviews. It's nice to see reviews on the quick service dining.
And those coconut patties look delicious.

I like QSDP reviews. :thumbsup2

I adore ones with pictures. :cool1:

I worship ones from people who think like we do about our food. :worship:

I love the ones done by English people. Just cause I love 'em!

Thanks, Slightly Goofy

I've just been going over my old posts and realised that I never finished this - I know it's now 8 or so months ago but I'll just tidy up the thread with the remainder of my pics and what thoughts I can muster together this far down the line!

so - first up
Snack Selection

I think we got these from a few locations throughout Hollywood Studios. They are a milk peanut butter cup, a chocolate brownie and... carrot cake sandwich!
I'd heard a lot about the carrot cake sandwich and was very excited as it it my favourite flavour but i have to say i was a little disappointed as it wasn't very moist or highly spiced/carroty in flavour - I suppose they had to get a firm texture so it could be hand-held but I wasnt over joyed.
The other two were ok as well but nothing to write home about
they get 3 out of 5

The day after we were waiting for the star wars parade and i was hot and very grumpy I must admit - so - I "nipped off" in search of a hairclip but the park was sooo busy that it took me ages to get anywhere and by the time I got back to DH it had been coming upto half an hour so I knew he wouldnt be pleased, I saw a short queue for icecream and got a reconciliatory treat - these were sooo much better than i expected, the chocolate was nice, and not too bitter as i sometimes find american chocolate to be
these were a 5! (and the treat worked - h forgave me pretty quick!) :)

The same day that we went to our only OOP TS restaurant which was Biergarten.

We had an evening ADR and I was pretty disappointed that we got there 10 m early but were only seated 30m after our ADR time, I know this isnt uncommon but still annoying!
We got a beer flight to share, there was one we both liked but sadly it's too long ago to know what it was called (the pale one).
I was hoping to be seated with some people we could have a chat with. We sat with who appeared to be 2 families of 3 who were dining together as a group, they were nice and polite but as we didnt speak to one another I did feel like a bit like we were sitting in on the end of their table. At the end of our meal we asked them to take our photo which they kindly agreed to. Overall we still enjoyed the set-up, the food and will go here next time.

That evening we went to the boardwalk and the atlantic dancehall where we had an awful lot of JD&coke! I know it can be hit and miss here but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really love this thread and would love to see the reviews for the rest of the locations you dined at! Thanks so much!
