IYO where are the best 'meals' served (not fast food!)

No. There are tons of different options. Check out some of the menus on allears.net to get an idea.

We love the BBQ ribs at Flame Tree in AK and the fish and chips at Columbia Harbour House in MK. There are plenty of deli type sandwiches and salads, pastas, etc.

You can definitely do QS for 2 weeks without eating any burgers or hot dogs. Among our favorites are:

MK:
-Be Our Guest (lunch only) Braised Pork, Roast Beef Sandwich
-Cosmic Ray's (dinner only) Chicken and Ribs Combo

Epcot:
-Les Halles (France): Sandwiches, delicious desserts
-Kringla (Norway): Sandwiches, cloudberry horn, schoolbread
-Sunshine Seasons (The Land): Wide variety of choices

AK: Flame Tree: Barbecue Ribs, Pork Sandwich

PO Riverside: Make it Yourself Pasta and Salad

DTD: Cookes of Dublin: Fish & Chips, Scallops & Chips

Also Wolfgang Pucks in DTD on the Marketplace side. Great food and lots of it. All for a QS credit.

Wolfgang Pucks DTD and Earl of Sandwich are both great. Flame Tree BBQ at Animal Kingdom. There is definitely more than burgers and hot dogs.

We had the QS plan last year and I don't think we had a hamburger, hot dog or chicken nuggets at all during our 8 day trip. Wolfgang Puck at DTD has excellent food. In Epcot almost every country has a great counter service and Sunshine Seasons in the Land pavilion is set up like a food court with a few different options. Flame tree BBQ in AK has great food. We even had a steak dinner at the American Pavilion in Epcot. I'm pretty sure that all of the resorts also have counter service meals. Check out the menus on the links that PP has posted.

At EPCOT we go to Sunshine Season and Yorkshire Fish Shoppe.

At DTD Wolfgang puck express has great meals and really makes good use of QS credit. The salmon and creme brulee are awesome.

40 years of going to Disney, and we have NEVER had a burger!

Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, Katsura Grill, Japan, Y&Y, AK; Flame Tree, AK; BOG, MK; Tortuga Tavern, MK

Lots and lots of options both in the parks and at the resorts. WPE at DTD is among the best food and value anywhere.

As others have said, there are a lot of places with a variety of options other than burgers and hot dogs. I agree that Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD is a great choice for CS. It's one of our favorites and is a must do for us at least once every trip.
