QS breakfast at Epcot and DHS?

I know World Showcase has spots that sell donuts, but are there any in Future World or at the entrance? How about DHS? Has anything replaced Starring Rolls for a quick breakfast?

We had breakfast bowls in Toy Story Land at Woody's Lunch Box in DHS. It was a cool morning and they were hot and tasty! One person in our group tried the turkey breakfast sandwich, and she said it was great! They also have sweet box tarts. We didn't try one so I can't comment on them.

I'm assuming that the donuts you're referring to in World Showcase are the ones sold at the Joffrey's carts. If so, yes, there is at least one in Future World. If you walk through Innovations its on the left as you head toward Mission: Space.
Both Epcot and Hollywood Studios have a Starbucks location that sells breakfast sandwiches.
As for Starring Rolls, it was still closed when I was there in early April.

My vote for the best QS breakfast at EPCOT is Sunshine Seasons(Future World)
! Quiet and Fresh! During our June 2017 trip we hopped on the bus skipping a very busy food court and arrived at Epcot for opening. Walked straight to Sunshine Seasons. The chefs behind the counter were waiting for us as there were only a few other guests We took our time eating and then had FPs for Soarin. Perfectly planned! Also in the World Showcase try the cafe in France for breakfast ..excellent!

Trolley car Cafe (basically Starbucks) still has the carrot cake cookie at DHS which is our fave.

Les Halles at Epcot is so great but such a haul from the main entrance. If you come in at the International gateway it’s worth a stop.

Woody’s has breakfast. I plan to try the s’mores sandwich. It is something I would never eat at home but sounds like a great vacation indulgence.

Epcot has two QS that I like in Sunshine Seasons and Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie. As for HS, I don't eat any meal at all in this place. If I'm eating QS it would be at my resort and then head to this park.

Is all of World Showcase open at park opening now?

No. Norway and France are the only countries with anything operating before 11:00 am. The portion of World Showcase between Norway and France is closed off until then. You can walk through England and Canada but nothing in those countries is open for business.
