QOTD: Wed. 10/10

We go apple picking every year with DD#2's godparents. There's a great orchard about 45 minutes from here that we go to every year. They make AWESOME apple dumplings so we always buy some to take home for dessert after our Chinese takeout meal.

My favorite part of fall is Sunday football....GO PATS!! The kids aren't into it yet and they are thrilled after the Super Bowl since we only have one TV, but I enjoy it a lot.

Definately Boo at the Zoo. Has just become a family tradition for 3 years now. But hey well on its way to a 5 and 10 and 15 etc year tradition. ALso going to the different farmers markets, pikcing pumpkins, and buying, making, and eating fall pies :thumbsup2

One thing I try to do every fall is go to the annual Harvest Festival at a historic farm. I eat the same things every year, hear the same musicians, and see the same exhibitors and I love it. The other thing we try do is drive into Michigan to go wine tasting and look at the leaves. When my dds were younger, we did the same thing but it was to go get pumpkins.

I love this time of year - I'm happy with the cooler weather and I love going for walks as the leaves change.

no traditions here either. This year we did go to a corn maze for DS7's b'day last weekend. It was fun but boy was it hot!

We hit up a Badger football game every year. Other than that, nothing, really.

What about the car show at Mom and Dad's every October? That's a fall tradition.

I guess, although it's more mom and dad's thing. But it's fun.
That's right.. that should be coming up around Halloween.. that is when it was last year..
Buffy, you do have a tradition!!! :):rotfl:

Yep, it's in 2 weeks! It's always the second to the last Sunday of October. Got to hurry and make all that chili.

Early? On my no child weekend?! :lmao:
