Did you waitlist or got it thru stalking?K
Keep your eyes open. I booked five nights (duo room) for September about two weeks ago. They do show up.

Four night showed up at once. The fifth I got through the waitlist. Just FYI - there seems to be a lag in the waitlist. There's some automation in terms of the waitlist function checking for requested rooms, but maybe it only does it every 30 minutes or so. That is there's a latency in the system in which you can find rooms by stalking that others have waitlisted and book them before the next time the waitlist function sweeps through. Would love to have a better idea about how long the latency actually is.Did you waitlist or got it thru stalking?

Seconding this - I ended up taking a tour last week and back to being conflicted about a FWI can report back that all of the
breakfast pastries and the coffee at the Tower were quite good.
Views are fantastic.
I third this!Seconding this - I ended up taking a tour last week and back to being conflicted about a FW![]()
I just completed my FW purchase for a deluxe resort studio first week of September, starting Labor Day weekend. It was the cheapest FW at 114/pts. For a deluxe studio to boot. So far, most of the FW studios sold have been late November, December, and September.Seconding this - I ended up taking a tour last week and back to being conflicted about a FW![]()
I think you mean Labor Day?I just completed my FW purchase for a deluxe resort studio first week of September, starting Memorial Day weekend. It was the cheapest FW at 114/pts. For a deluxe studio to boot. So far, most of the FW studios sold have been late November, December, and September.
So great! I’m leaning towards selling my resale VGF and buying Poly instead. Was originally thinking of a duo studio but not a fan of the sink layout. The deluxe studios were really well done IMO.I just completed my FW purchase for a deluxe resort studio first week of September, starting Memorial Day weekend. It was the cheapest FW at 114/pts. Things may have changed (or could change in the future) but our experience was Bell Services at the main building. There isn’t any place for them to store them at the tower (as far as I could tell).I’ve been happily reading along this very long thread, but one thing I’ve not seen of those that have experienced the new tower. How as bell services? Since there isn’t a desk in the lobby, was there anyone out front, did you use them? How was the experience getting your luggage to your room? I’ve got 5 nights booked half in a deluxe studio and the remainder in a 1 bedroom, TPV. (Hoping I get one that is better than I’ve seen folks post about.). So I’m trying to figure out should we just go to the main building and have Bell Services grab them there and walk over or go direct.
Did you eat at Wailulu? If so, what was your experience with the walk up wait list? We're heading down for 8 nights at Poly (in the long houses though) starting next Friday and we are trying to do dinner there one or two of the nights. With a 2 year old, we will probably be eating dinner at the busiest time so not sure how realistic our plan is but we already have reservations at Kona and O'hana so we wanted to check out Wailulu as a new option as well. When leaving, bell services picked us up and drove us (via their golf cart) to the GCH front so we could catch our Uber.
I bought the same Poly FW last December.
