PVB Tower Charts, Sales Date and more!!!

I am reviewing the brochure my guide sent me. I'm confused by the layout of the tower studio. Is the bathroom sink in the hallway??? Or is this the kitchenette sink?

FWIW, I like the flow of the Poly 1BD vs VDH 1BD. Putting the hallway to the primary suite in between the kitchen and the table.

IMO it separates the living and dining space more and makes everything feel less crammed together….

Also, no life sized face characters staring at you….

Oops, yes, I meant duo studio. Too many different names for these studios.

But the layout of the duo studio in the brochure makes it look like the bathroom sink is in the hallway...
Sure looks like you are right. Whether it is characterized as the "bathroom" sink or the "kitchenette" sink matters little. Seems there is just one for all uses.

The sink in the room was a thing in the 90s hotels ( like Boardwalk) , surprised it is coming back. The old thinking was one could brush/ hair while one was showering. I recall BLT had its sink in the kitchenette area for the main studios until they changed it years later. THat to me was worse.

A question for everyone :
Which Island Tower room categories do you think will get booked up first during holiday seasons?
(After the first year or so, of course)
I am thinking the standard view studios first, both Duo and Deluxe.
Then maybe the standard view 2-bedroom, but I could be mistaken.

Whatever is the least amount of points.

I really want to book my parents a Duo Studio but don't have enough Poly points to book the entire stay when it opens on the 15th Oct. What do you think my chances are once it opens to all DVC Members?

Slim 😥 The Duo Studios should go very quickly as they cost the least amount of points. I believe they have only declared nine Duo Studios so far.

If you don't manage to get one booked, I'd keep checking back as more inventory will become available as they declare more units and make them available for point based bookings.

You could also look into renting out your points and taking the cash to put towards a cash booking, if it is really important to you.

Yeah I thought as much 😬
