PVB Tower Charts, Sales Date and more!!!

View is definitely in the eye of the beholder. I was watching and said to myself, I really like that view.
Versus many other views that you could end up with, absolutely. And for this specific room, it is a TPV so no harm from that perspective. Better than being on the first couple of floors at least.

But if I go and buy some direct Poly points to cover 6-7 days of a 1/2BR TPV, then I would be less than happy about this wonderful view of VGF 8-) If I'm using my SAPs, I'm good with it.

Who have an actual life? What is that supposed to mean?

The video was monotonous and repetitive, sorry if you’re sensitive about it.
I found the video helpful. I wasn't the only one. But some here found my reply about it worthy of being mocked (they used MY opinion to laugh at-not the orig vid) & so I replied.
I apologize. Sometimes when I come here I forget only certain posters are allowed to have an opinion.
But the view from Moorea will be great tomorrow anyway!

While I don’t agree with the victim complex statement of the last comment, I want to let you know that at no time was I intending to discredit anything you wrote…. it was only my opinion on the original video.

Have a nice trip. Mahalo.

Much appreciated :thanks: Probably 125th time I'm packing to fly to WDW & it's never NOT exciting! Hope 2025 brings everyone their Disney dreams come true :tink:

SUCH a weird choice, especially considering all the sustainable real dishes they put in the cupboard. I asked my guide what you were supposed to do with those and he said to just leave the dirty dishes on the counter 💀💀💀

Exactly! This room type should probably have the paper plates and plastic-ware instead so they can save on the kind of pointless dish soap and sponge...

Who has two thumbs and owns 0.0513% of unit 88B at PVB? This guy right here.

I had no intention or interest in the lead up but watched all the opening day content and we "needed" a small add-on and who knows when VGF is going to be back available so... Already on the books for an August visit to the tower.

Thank you to all my enablers! Hah!

Awesome...congrats!

When you buy direct, you don’t get any more priority for the PIT as the previous Poly owners, correct? Unless it’s a fixed week.

I think that is correct - at this point all Poly owners (direct or resale) have the same booking privileges except for those with fixed/favorite weeks. But resale owners probably drive nicer cars.

OG PVB direct, Tower direct, and resale from either all get the same 11-7 month priority. I was just joking around. I haven't a clue which quarter of a door knob we own at PVB.

Happy New Year !! Looking forward to our first Island Tower visit coming up. I wasn’t at Disney yesterday, but I read several FB posts that Poly not only required wristbands for the pools & beach area, but also to actually access the resort. I’m so happy to read that they took the crowd management concerns seriously, and went above and beyond for yesterday’s guests. We’re booked for July 4th and I’m really looking forward to it.

My biggest complaint after staying there is a lack of bell services desk and the elevator magic band issue. I had to have our parties MB’s reprogrammed multiple times and we would get stuck in the lobby unable to go to our room. Even the spare key cards they programmed for us quit working on the room lock and elevator.

Additionally, when you call bell services it rings to the GCH counter. We had our bags transferred from BRV and they arrived at PIT but when I called bell services they couldn’t located them. Eventually after giving them the location from my air tag they found them but it took nearly 3 hours.

We found the pool and hot tub to be empty most days and wailulu was fairly nice. I will say the bar drinks are very small, when you receive a to go cup the drink is nearly an inch below the top of the cup with a huge amount of ice. I think the drinks at other pool bars are much better for the same price.
