Another thread inspired me to talk about purses. So lets talk about them......

How much do you normally spend for a purse? 20-60 dollars

How much is the most you've ever spent on a purse?$125

Not to sound mean but if you bought a "Chanel" purse for 20-60 dollars it most likely was a ripoff Chanel not a real Chanel.. the real Chanels are at least 600 dollars...

I have no interests in purses whatsoever.

Insane.

I have no designer purses,and don't want any.
Besides my family would never afford them.
And if they did,it would be my 1 an only xmas present.

I used to like Dooney so much I bought a Dooney lunch bag, but now it's pretty much ghetto. I mean, have you seen Handprint and Medallion? Ew!

But I have a Doodle and a Hearts bag.

How much is the most you've ever spent on a purse? $150, the most I'd ever spend is $300.

Right now I carry a $30 Roxy bag.

I have soo much Vera Bradley bags it's not funny, my friends are always making fun of me for it. I like Coach too, but not as much as Vera's.

I agree. I would not spend that much money on a purse. I have a few purses, but most of which were cheap. I would like maybe one more expensive purse, but not a lot. It amazes me that parents would let there young kids buy designer bags. I don't mean that about anyone in particular. I mean just people in general.

Ok, here we go......

I spend anywhere from $5-$20 for a purse. My favorite purse company I dont really have one. Whatever is cute and in my price range I guess. =) And the most I've ever paid for a purse was $15 from Target. I've had other purses but they've been gifts. The most one has been was I think $35........

The ugly part:
I think Coach purses are ridiculous. They're a purse with "C's" on them. WOW! $600.....I so want one!!! Make that two! As a matter of fact, I think all of the brand name purses are ridiculous! I find it stupid to spend so much just for an accessory. Like Hilary said there are much better things to spend the money on. Sure I think they're cute [[sometimes]] but that doesnt mean Im gonna buy one. I cant tell you how many girls I've seen [[under the age of 13]] with coach/chanel/dolce and gabanna/etc purses! And they're the real thing!!! Its like OMG. You have got to be kidding me. Some of my "ex-friends" consider people poor if they didnt own a coach purse. I just cant believe it.

For XMAS Im getting a Louis Vatoun[sp?] from my aunt. She didnt pay $600. She payed like $60. She got it at a purse party that my cousin had. And if its not the real thing but its still cute, I'll still use it. Just because its fake it wont stop me.
