Purchasing TiW

I have an AP and want to purchase Tables in Wonderland. I planned to activate my AP and purchase TiW at Intl Gateway, upon arrival, but now my flights changed and I won't get to Disney until after 9pm. We were planning on eating at ESPN Zone the first night and getting the discount.

Anyway way around this at this point? We leave this Friday.

If not, do you know what time MK Guest relations so I can get it done first thing in the AM?

There's no way to get it your first night because you're arriving so late.

But if I'm interpreting this correctly, you'll be going to the Magic Kingdom the next day. You can get your AP and TiW card at the outside Guest Relations area as soon as the bus takes you to the park. They should have cast members available whenever guests are arriving.

DTD GS will still be open after 9. If one of the parks has EMH when you arrive, GS will still be open. Don't know that it is worth the extra time to go for the discount for one meal.

If you ask on the Theme Parks forum, someone will know how early GS opens at the MK. However, from personal experience I can tell you it is well before opening. A few years back, I was awake before anyone else and tool the resort monorail to the MK to exchange vouchers or purchase APs. Took the monorail back to the resort, we had breakfast and went to the MK around opening time.

I forgot about EMH nights and Downtown Disney! D'oh! I'd say the best bet would be Downtown Disney if the EMH night is Animal Kingdom.

Thank you all. As luck would have it we're staying at BC and it's Epcot's EMH, so that works out perfect. It will be worth the extra bit of hassle for that because 20% off a meal for 5 of us will be a decent chunk. If I had to get to another park, definitely not worth it.

Totally worth it as you can purchase it at the International Gateway....GS is the booth on the left. It's just a short detour on the way to dinner.

I just called the TiW phone line and the CM checked into it and said that IG GR stay open until 10pm on EMH nights.

Here's hoping she's correct.
