Thinking about purchasing from Timeshare store are they legit? If so is a deposit normally held with a title company? Why does the bottom of their correspondence say dvcstore? Just don't want to get burnt. Thx

TSS is legit and is probably one of the best know DVC resale agencies.

As for their web address, they actually have two:
dvcstore.com is devoted to DVC resales.
timesharesale.com is devoted to Other TS resales.
