If you are not DVC member, What is the minimum number of points you can purchase?

If you purchase directly from Disney, the minimum is 150 points. If you purchase by resale, there is no minimum (although the smallest contract available is 25 points).

This is for a friend on a limited budget.

I'm a DVC member since 2000. I wish I had known about DVC earlier. I'm making up the time though; I had 37 days in WDW on my annual pass last year. That's not bad living 1000 miles away from Orlando.
