Purchasing a DVC?

Hi,

I spoke to Timeshare Store and right now they are not able to finance, does anyone know of another timeshare company that has financing available?

None that I know of. Even Disney lost their ability to sell their mortgages to other companies because of the economy.

Currently I think Disney is the only one that will finance if you purchase directly through them.

That is ultimately what we discovered in June when we were looking for financing. So we went with Disney.

We used a Home Equity Line of Credit for a couple of our purchases.

You could purchase 25 or 50 points and pay CASH!

I know that not what you were asking, but its a good option for some, and gets you in the system.

As a couple, we love having 100 points!

Have you tried calling Disney directly, they can finance you regardless of your credit, just changes the details of the financing. If you need a guides name to contact for pre approval you can PM me and I can give you a contact person.
