Purchases delivered to resort?

Will my purchases from the parks and DTD be sent to my WDW resort for me? Do I have to pick them up somewhere at the resort, or can I have them sent to my room? Do the purchases have to be charged to the room to receive this service? Does it cost anything? One more question -- how long does this take? Thank you for advising me!

Yes.

Generally you will pick them up at your resort's gift shop.

No.

Expect to have it the next day.

One more note... They will only ship items to your resort if you are two or more days away from your checkout date. So if you check out on a Saturday, don't window shop all week and then decide to make purchases on Friday unless you want to carry them around the parks.

When you go the gift shop to pick up your package be sure to take the green slip you will fill out at the store when you make the purchase. It makes things quicker and easier if you have it. Also, try to pick a time when the gift shop isn't busy. I found that getting your package is not a CMs favorite thing to do.
