Pudding Anyone?

We eat all kinds of pudding here.

We use pistachio pudding to make watergate salad.

Banana pudding to make...well, banana pudding (the kind with Nilla Wafers and bananas).

Rice pudding -- I just use the lowfat Jello brand, but then I add a bunch of sugar and cinnamon so it tastes great.

Bread pudding -- homemade only. We use cook and serve vanilla pudding as a topping.

Anyone ever made tapioca Pudding from scratch? That is my favorite kind of Pudding, aside from cooked chocolate with a SKIN, but my mom never bought or made us tapioca Pudding when we were kids b/c she didn't like it [she tought it was like eating boogers or raw clams].
