Publix or Super Target from MCO to WDW?

DH and I want to make a quick grocery stop on way from airport to Port Orleans. We'll be taking the 417 toll road. Can anyone give us directions to a Publix or Super Target along the way? Thanks, Jo

Don't have the specific directions, but as a side note, we went to the SuperTarget on our visit two years ago and were unimpressed with the prices and selection. Went to the Publix on the south end of International Dr. on our most recent visit and were much happier with prices and selection. I know that on the Publix website you can enter the zip code of your resort and it will give you the address of the closest store along with a link for directions.

Both Super Target and Publix are right off 417. Super Target is off the John Young Parkway Exit. The Super Target is on the left side of 417 when heading South on 417. The Pulbix is located right off WDW property. You take 417 to the Osceola Parkway exit. Proceed to the first light on Osceola and make a left onto International Drive south. The Publix is approx 3/4 miles down the road on the left. I've shopped at both of these stores, and they are both great and will provide you with anything you need. I personally like the Super Target better, since I don't have one up here and find it "neat"! If I didn't want to drive there from WDW property, the Publix is just as good, and I'll probably shop at Publix this summer, since we're driving and staying at GF before going to our villa at BW.

The problem with this is that the OP is staying at PO, not at PC or the All Stars. This store is waaaaaaaay out of her way. She's better off taking exit 6 off 417 (International Drive), turning right onto International Drive. The Publix will be about 3/4 of a mile on the left at the entrance to the outlet mall.

Which is better...Super Target, or Wal-Mart SuperCenter? I have never been to either there in Florida.

I Love the walmart super center. It is awesome. But that is only if the 2 are the same distance from where you are staying.
