I agree about scheduling a Disney trip during the summer. I don't know what I was thinking! Of course we are so excited but it's the busiest time of year here too with end of school activities, yard work and setting up our pool. Oh well...we'll work it out.

Yay for a $25 gift card from MyPoints!! I got mine in the mail the other day!! Every little bit helps!! I agree about Couponing to Disney as well! It's such a great site!

Yay!!! Welcome!!! As we get closer to our trip, the more posts I will make, I promise. I did take pics of another tie dye I did, my touring cards for the parks, and my Mickey heads. I will upload them soon. Probably not tonight, though. My hubby is also doing an excellent job on getting the addition of the house done. And he surprised me with a patio with stones!!! So awesome!

Thank you for the compliment. Like I said, I'm not a really fancy, pancy scrapbooker, but I do love it. We even go the the CK Scrapbook convention when it comes to Manchester, NH. Lots of fun and new ideas!

Well Good Morning Everyone!!! We are at 71 more days to go this morning. I'm getting soooo excited! In Disney related news I have completed my "touring cards" for the vacation. I put our park days, hours, and ADR's on the cards, laminate them, and caliber hook them to my bag for the parks. That way I don't have to remember everything off the top of my head. It's also great when anyone asks me what we are doing the next day or when our ADR for O'hana is....

I did make a trip to Home Depot the other day. I had to get Peter a gift card for his birthday

He's really not 1, but I thought it could mean that he's number 1 to us. Yes, that's a cheesecake sampler that he wanted for his cake.

and also find out if they had any Mickey paint chip heads left over. The lady kind of laughed at me and told me someone had already been by asking for some. Alas, they didn't have anymore, so I made some on my cricut. Unfortunately, they are not quite the Alien Green, but hopefully people will associate me with the Disboards. I hope someone says hi in Disney!

I finished up my last tie dye last night and I love this one the best....

It's funny because I had it hanging up outside last night and had just finished it up and it started to rain. Grrrrrr.....so it's now hanging up in the shed until the sun comes out again. This one has glitter on it as I found some glitter fabric paint. I could go crazy with making these shirts, but I should stop for now.

I've been telling you all about the addition going up on the house. Well he's getting so far with it. So, all I really needed (wanted) was an addition for the hot tub. Well, I went around back the other day and this is what I found:

That last picture is actually stone feet!!! I never expected to have a stone patio! That was a total surprise. Of course it's not done yet, but my goodness. He's an amazingly talented man when it comes to around the house stuff. I'm extremely lucky!!

I love those shirts! I've never had luck with tie-dying. And I LOVE the addition and the patio. We're probably looking at renovating a similar space at our house - our laundry room is a closed-in back porch. It really needs torn off and redone with better supports (and while we're at it, I'd like to build it up to the second floor and add in a walk-in closet/bathroom off of our bedroom). The windows are very similar to what we're to do with the laundry room (our kitties like to sit in the windows facing that direction - lots of trees and birds to look at).

I'm sad to learn that Home Depot isn't carrying the paint chips. Not because I was using them for a countdown (I did mine on my Cricut), but because my 2 year old nephew loves them and gets so excited when he sees them in Home Depot.

I'm here!! The addition looks great!! Love the foot stones for the patio. The shirt looks amazing! And I did the same thing with my ADR/ressie# cards to hang on my lanyard. great minds think alike!!
