Yay! Upgraded to CSR I must have missed when you posted that ~ that's a great start to the trip!! Hope all your packing is going well tonight and that you do get a little sleep. Have a fun time!!

Yes..It's great to have friends that you keep in contact with down there, who happen to work front desk at CSR

Although it will never beat the upgrade to CL that we had at YC in Aug but it will do!!!

TOO EXCITED TO SLEEP!!!!!!

HAPPY FRIDAY DIS FRIENDS!!!


I'M LEAVING FOR WDW TODAY!!!

And of course as a true Dis'er and well Disney fan in general, "I'M TOO EXCITED TO SLEEP!!!"

I did end up packing last night..thank goodness as I started at 9:30 and finally made myself quit at 12:30am after unpacking and repacking my clothes 5 times. I really wanted to not pack a ton but I kept looking at that forecast showing 88, 87, 89, 89 and anywhere from 10-40% chance of rain and not wanting to wear wet clothes all day, I caved and packed 2 outfits a day. Being that I get in a 9pm tonight and DME will get me at 1pm on Tues, I only really had 3 days of 2 outfits. It seems like a ton in my bag and I'm not sure why
And of course you have to add the shoes, toiletries bagS, hair straightener (WHICH I WILL MAKE MYSELF USE IF I'M BRINGING IT!! )

So when all was said and done (for now of course) I've packed for:

Sat: khaki shorts with a tank top and khaki capris with a tank top (for at night). I'll be wearing the carpis tonight but I'll put them on when I leave at 4 and will be heading straight for the pool when I get there so I figured I can get 2 wears right???
Sun: Khaki shorts with a tank top and my blue sundress for MNSSHP w/Hawaiian accessories.
Mon: Navy Blue shorts with tank top and black shorts with Tshirt.
Tues: Black gauchos and I'll buy some sort of Tshirt and can wear that.

I've packed only 1 swimsuit and 1 cover-up, 2 hoodies-1 zipper and 1 pullover, and have 3 pairs of flip flops plus the pair I'll be wearing.

My only debate now is: Should I throw in a pair of crocs with the forecast looking like rain?? They take up soooo much extra room or don't and hope I don't end up buying some like I always do!


As for now, M has texted me and is on the plane!! J will be heading to the airport soon, and I'll be heading to school to deal with my post-Boo Fest party/cranky/sleep deprived children for 5 hours. 2:00pm will hopefully come quickly! I'll rush home, eat a little something, and head out for the airport around 4pm.

EDIT TO THE UPDATE FROM THIS MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!! @2:17pm

Just wanted to update and say that I got off work a 1/2 hour early Both J and M have made it there and I guess K was off work today and was driving up to check in at All Star Movies and meet M at AK.

M said the part of the trip was fine. I won't go into details now but it involved little boys poking her bottom on the plane, a silly bag fee with Jet Blue, and she thankfully had no issues at DME, and the upgrade to CSR from POP was done perfectly and the room was ready!!

J also arrived and is on DME as we speak. She'll get her room key and will head to the pool I'm sure!! Now it's a waiting game for me, I'm going to try and sneak in a nap before we leave at 4 but I'm still having OCD about the amount of clothes I packed so we'll see which wins!!!

Hey all!!!

Just wanted to let you know that I made it home safely despite the horrible weather in the mid-west today!!

Let's just say the trip was one I was glad to take but will never forget..and not in a good way I'll leave you with that. Because of the circumstances, I'm not going to post right now but let's just say that there has been major tension within my immediate family since Saturday and I'm going to attempt to piece it all back together and hopefully reconcile it all by this weekend.

As of right now, our Dec trip is off but I'm hoping that can change

I'll be back sometime this weekend to hopefully start the report but as for now, I had fun with my friends, got very little sleep, and have no voice!

Thanks..The trip of course was not complete with out possible bed bugs, a visit to centra care, and food poisoning!!! It's the happiest place on earth after all!!
