PS in FEB?

Hi. I was wondering if PS is even needed in Feb? I'm going Feb 21 - Mar 01 of 2004. I have PS for the Hoop Dee Doo, and I suspect I'll need it for CRT but is it really needed at that time of year?

I think everyone will tell you that if there is a place you really have your heart set on to eat, you better make a PS to be safe.

I assume you are thinking that time of the year won't be crowded, but from what I understand, the major spring crowds start around President's Day and continue through Easter week.
