I can't believe my good luck. I just made my ressies for the CP dinner package on Dec. 12. Planned to eat at the R and C, but thought at this late date, we'd be stuck with an odd time. I didn't even ask the CM for a special time , she just told me they had 4:30 and 8 available. I chose 8 since Illuminations is at 9:30 that night. Will the timing work for us to still be seated when the fireworks start?

As long as you dont take more then an hour to eat you should be fine, cutting it close thought. But you will need to hustle over as soon as you can. They usually let guest in about 15-20 minutes before the show starts.

I think your timing is perfect. You don't always get seated right at eight so I am sure you will be fine. WE were there in Oct and had eight oclock ressies. Were seated maybe ten or fifteen after eight. Illuminations started at nine. We did not get appetizers. Our main course arrived seconds before the show started.
