PS before park entry?

We have PS at DAK for Restaurantosauras b/fast. Our PS is for 9am, and that's when the park opens, so we would actually need to be THERE before opening. Since we have to be there at 9am (even a few minutes early), what is the procedure for getting in ahead of the throng for PS?

Last year in May, we had a 8:20 PS and were let in all the way to the left. Once we got into the gate they asked for our PS # and soon we were escorted to Donald's.

If I were you, I would try to move the PS up or back. When we went last year we had one for opening and getting through the crowd was a huge nightmare. People who had been waiting would not budge. This year we had one for 50 minutes before the park opened and it was much easier to get in. So go before the crowd gets thick or after its moved through the gates.

We had a PS for DR at AK for before the park opened. CM asked us for the ressie number and then escorted us to the restaurant. By the time we had finsihed our breakfast the park had officially opened and we were able to hop right on the rides.

When you arrived at DAK, I'm sure there was a huge crowd waiting for the opening of the park. How do you manage to make it "to the front of the line" in order to contact a CM for PS entry?

I have visions of throngs of excited guests who will think we're trying to cut in line.

if you arrive 20-30 min early and go all the way over to the line marked for PS's (all the way on thge left it hasn't changed)you should be ok.
