My DS decided to propose to his girlfriend in front of the castle during Wishes .. and she said YES!
We spent the whole day at MK having lunch at the Crystal Palace and then dinner at the Royal Table. We timed it just perfect to walk out of the castle just in time to see the parade and then stayed in the same spot to watch Wishes. Due to the large crowd that had decided to sit around us, we also had to sit. When Wishes started, DS got up on his knee (not making the crowd very happy) and whispered in her ear and then showed her the ring. She was completely surprised. Later she told us that she was hoping that he would propose while at WDW but couldn't think of a time that he would have bought the ring nor a time that he would have went to her house to ask her parents first so she really didn't think it would happen.
Needless to say, we had to come back a different night so she could watch Wishes because she couldn't remember watching it. The only bad side to it all was the area was too dark and the video camera couldn't record much. But they both will have their magical moment to remember everytime they see the Castle.
