Hi Folks. Does anyone know what percentage of the initial buy in ($ per point) and the annual dues go towards property tax? Are those deductible? And if so, will we be receiving any statement so we can deduct them from taxes?

Take a look at your Annual Dues statement - it will detail out the Taxes portion.

None of the original buy-in is for property taxes. As the PP noted, the portion of your annual dues that goes to property taxes is on your dues statement.

Can you tell me are taxes rolled in to the maint. fees?? When I look at the maint. fee chart.....does that include taxes??

Yes, the taxes are included in the maintenance fees.
