Property taxes

Search is down and I hope someone can help me. We are getting ready to have our taxes done - does anyone remember what portion of our dues was for property taxes? Home resorts are BCV and BWV. Thanks!!!!

You can go to the members only website and click on My DVC, Annual Dues and then print and view statement. When you look at the detail it will show you the actual 2005 real estate taxes and the 2006 estimated real estate taxes. If you purchased during the current year it will not show the amounts. I hope this helps.

Yes, thanks! I was not aware that the member website had that info. I guess I'm used to the way the site used to be, with little to no info! Thanks again!

If the site is still down, call MS. THey faxed us the statement in about ten minutes.
