Project Runway

I love Project Runway but do not have that cable channel, so I have to watch it on my computer after it airs.

I loved both of the top looks but I think the monster should have won for being imaginative. It was perfect for the challenge.

Timothy's time was up. He is they type of person who hears voices in his head. Artistically, this could mean genius or it could mean crazy. In this case, I think it's crazy. I wanted to root for the Wisconsinites but don't like either one of them.

Sandro is not my favorite and (sorry, I can't remember his name) the guy with the crazy red eyebrows and hair would scare me a bit if I saw him on the street. He seems like a nice guy but those eyebrows are just not right.

I do not like the blind runway because it is not really blind is it. Listing the prizes and new twists may be necessary but it takes forever to get through when you just want to see the runway show.

I loved that monster dress and so want it.

Glad to see Timothy go but I wouldn't have minded if both him and Miranda got eliminated. I'm not liking her either for some reason and as annoying as I found him she was just downright rude and mean to him from day one. Makes me wonder how random that button bag really is.

I don't think it's random at all -- just about everyone dynamic on the show was paired up with their polar opposites. Helen called Kate a "b" on the first episode. Sandro is a control freak where as Sue lets the fabric speak to her. Miranda & Timothy know and dislike each other in real life. etc.

For a second, I thought they were both going to be out. Timothy tries too hard to buck traditional style but doesn't have the experience or maturity to pull it off yet. Miranda, I don't know what she's thinking with her 2 piece mid-drift bearing outfits. She's a broken record 3 challenges in.

I think it was time for Tim to go. I like Kate and I loved that she put Helen up for the win. They worked really well together and I think Kate has some things on design and such that will help Helen be even better. I was surprised that the pants, shirt, vest combo didn't make the top two although that Monster dress was really cute.

Oh wow. You are so right. I was so focused on the Timothy/Miranda pairing I didn't really think of the others. I know reality tv is not "reality" but, gee, they can pretend a little bit. lol

You are so right. I hadn't realized that before you pointed it out. Kate and Helen did have the opportunity to be a cat fight as well. Lucky for them they learned how to respect each others strengths and work together. I was not a fan of Kate and didn't want her to be the one that returned, but she obviously learned from all the team comps last season. And I think she has improved as a designer, but I have yet to see her do something I would actually wear.

Anyone else see last night's episode?

My favorite line was "THis isn't Project Runway Students."

Though I do think that Zac Posen is way too full of himself. Yeah, you're an accomplished designer, I get that.

But there's no reason to be mean in your critiques.

That said, I think justice was served. At what point in your life do you outgrow that "It's all about ME" thing????

I wasn't upset to see Sandro walk out, he had a major chip on his shoulder and wouldn't have lasted long anyway with his taste level...unless they kept him on for the drama factor.

I did want to see Miranda or Helen (I know she had immunity) go. They are both one hit wonders.

Tim Gunn is the nicest man on the planet. I thought it was a great use of his save.

OMG! I love Justin, I think he is very talented and I did cry like a baby too. Tim made the best decision today !!!

I've always loved Tim Gunn. Last night was just another illustration of both his kindness and the depth of his knowledge.

I agree. Tim Gunn is a very, very nice person. He made the right decision. Justin is one of the most likeable people I have ever seen on Project Runway.

I guess I have to be the lone dissenter here. As much as I like Justin and think he's a very nice guy (as evidenced by the other designer's reactions to his being auf'ed), I don't think he deserved the save. I would rather have had Tim save it for someone like Dom, who has consistently produced interesting and well made garments, and who has a chance to make it to the finals or even win. I don't think there's any chance of Justin making it to the finals.

So happy to see Michael Kors last night. I wish he'd come back permanently.

Does anyone think if it wasn't a fan challenge Ken would've been asked to leave immediately? I think they kept him till the end of the episode so that the fan would not leave empty handed/disappointed. He's gone off the deep end before but last night was just plain scary.

I am glad Ken is gone! I think he should have left way before now....like the first, second or third time he lost his temper. He was a bully!!! If things were not exactly like HE wanted them, he threw a fit! Hmmmm, reminds me of a two year old!

Going into the final, what do we think? I am glad Helen is gone. I think she should have been gone long ago. That red cape dress was so ugly. Her 3 pieces didn't look like a collection at all. I loved loved loved Justins! His test tube dress was so avant-garde. Even Heidi gasped. I am so glad Tim used his save on him! Alexandra's (I think that is her name) stuff was nice, too. It wasn't anything that I haven't seen before.

I don't really have a fav going into the final. All 4 designers are likable and talented.

I think I want Dom to win based on everything she's done so far in the season. I could change my mind based on the final runway show, but she just seems like a breath of fresh air.

I think Dom was a great choice as winner, but I think Justin should have been second. I don't get all the love for Alexandra's clothes, or her attitude.
