Project Runway Season Seven

::yes:: I said on the other thread - as far as I'm concerned, Mila and Anthony can go any time. Ben's not the one-trick pony Mila seems to be. Her outfit this week didn't look like earth, it looked like mud. And Amy? WHAT was she thinking???????????? I don't dislike Anthony's designs - it's just that, by the time PR comes on, I'm expecting more low-key reactions from the designers. I'm trying to doze!

Mila is good and I think they are giving her the ***** edit. My favorite this season is Seth Aaron.

Okay, finally caught up on this week's episode.

I think it's amazing that an hour of television that includes a designer quitting the game, a previously aufed designer coming back, another designer losing his model and having to re-fit his garment onto a model he's never worked for, a bunch of red carpet gowns for Heidi, and TWO WINNERS could be so freaking DULL!!!!!!

Seriously! That's a lot of stuff going on in just one hour of televsion. How in the heck did they make it so bloody DULL?

It's bummer that Maya left, but after reading her interview with Tom and Lorenzo (The Project Rungay boys) I think she's a smart cookie and made the best decision she could for her career. She doesn't want to be a flash in the pan. I understand that.

As for the dresses . . . Wow. There was a whole lot of "meh, whatever" walking down the runway. I thought they were all pretty much lame and boring. Instead of two winners, I'd have rather seen NO winners.

And I'd be perfectly happy to never see Emilio and listen to his egotistical ranting ever again.

holy crap Tim...er...whatever-his-name is going to be at a Kate Spade store somewhere in the Bay Area in a couple of weeks. My friend wants to get a picture with him so I might just go to meet a celebrity...just thought I'd share!

Okay, I officially don't get the judging this season.

I HATED Emilio's dress. I thought it was dull, unflattering, and ugly.

And the crack smoking judges gushed on an on about how it was the finest garment they'd ever seen!

:confused3

I was so sure that Emilio and Anthony were going home. Shows what I know.

Poor Anthony. Tha polyester prom dress was dreadful!

I liked Jay's look the best this week, I think. And I totally agree with Jay. Why bother looking at anything else at the circus when there are hot guys without their shirts on! :rotfl:

I didn't understand the judges reactions last night at all, with the exception of the polyester dress from hell. Bless his heart.

I find myself having trouble feeling sorry for any of them that get voted off though. I stumbled across a site that showed the collections from Fashion Week (could have kicked myself) and when I found out that 10 got to show (not the normal 4-5), to throw off the press, at least they got to be seen, be photographed and get their name even more out there then in previous years shows. Still, you work hard all season to be in the top 3, only to have 7 of the losers still get to show at fashion week. I just don't get it.

I wonder if the gap in time due to the lawsuit is what caused them to send more to Fashion week, to throw off the press. Maybe that number will come down when they get closer to the present.

I know I posted it on FaceBook, but I'll say it here anyway. A friend leaked to me who won this season without even warning me he was going to. Had it been 2 seasons ago I would've been upset......but considering how much of a disappointment this season has been, it really didn't bother me that much. :confused3

Okay, I'm REALLY glad Emilio didn't win.

What a sore-loser crybaby!

I did think Seth-Aaron's collection was the best, and was glad to see that the judges had skipped the crack-pipe before deciding who would win.

Overall, this season was just "meh" for me.

I don't want to take anything away from Emilio's crybaby status but I think the most reprehensible person for the entire season was Jay. Heck, I'll up the ante... EVER. His comment to Cirre (?) was unbelievable... and then to follow it up by pretend crying slash smug sissy face was .... well, the filters at work here won't let me say what I want to say. Its funny. I never liked him. Now I know why.

I was on the edge of my seat last night, waiting to see who was going to win. I couldn't tell from the judges reactions. I was SO GLAD that it was Seth Aaron. If I had to listen to more from that irritating crybaby Emilio, I thought I was going to hurl. I've never watched any reality show and had someone irritate me to the core as much as he has. So arrogant and self righteous. Plus, honestly I didn't like his collection, even if he did have a nice personality.

And I always kind of liked Jay, not his clothes but him. After last nights comment and act? I'm glad it didn't go any further in the competition than he did.
