Excellent point. Our chapter here accepted either, but indicated that they needed more double fleece right now.
It's been repeated many times re: this particular organization, but you definitely do need to check with the specific chapter YOU are volunteering with to confirm what their requirements are. You can't just go by the experiences of other people posting here.
