Just thought I'd second the suggestion to feed your movers. I had plenty of gatorade on hand all day and fed them lunch (DH's company paid for our move, so we had these men with us for 5 days with packing, loading, and unloading) each day. I always told them where I was going and then had them tell me what they wanted. (We did pizza, KFC, and subs, if I remember correctly.) They were always very appreciative of the food, and I don't think they had brought their own, so they wouldn't have eaten if I hadn't fed them. (Either that or I guess they would have taken their enormous truck cab with them to McDonalds - and that would have made for a longer lunch break I bet.)
Label each room in the new house to correspond with the room label you put on each box.
I wouldn't worry about having your DH there. I found that they were fairly independent and didn't really require too much help or much of my time and input.
I hope you get good movers. Mine were so wonderful that I actually got teary-eyed when they left after unloading me.
