OK, I got my personalized pic from Disigners. What are my options to have t-shirts made ? Do I try to do the iron-on process, take it to a company, order the process on-line ? What is the most and less expensive, worst and best way to do this ?
I contacted one company and they need the original file (or .esp format).

I have 4 weeks before vacation begins.

Thanks,

Clarence

Well, you cannot have Disney designs done by other people who charge as it's against copyright. Once you have the designs you want, buy transfer sheets from www.amymickey.com. Once you receive the transfers run the designs off. In the mean time, wash your shirts, no fabric softner. Once the shirts are ironed and ready for the transfers, follow Amy's directions as to how to press them on:) Easy as 1 2 3. In fact, I am on my way to buy more shirts from AC Moore for the rest of my designs.
Good luck, and if you have any questions, ask away and then enjoy your shirts.

I bought the iron on transfers from Walmart. We also tie dyed our shirts before ironing on our pattern. If you need any more help, let us know. I'm actually working on my newphew's Goofy shirt tonight.

Here is a picture of my son's shirt.

where can I find a step by step instruction on how to use transfer sheets?

I've ordered the Amy sheets and going to give it a try. I will probably get some Walmart sheets to practice with. Worst case ? I'll have many shirts, bags, and whatever with our upcoming trip to remind us what a good time we'll have.
