Procedures *After* Jedi Training Academy?

I know you are supposed to arrive 30 minutes prior to your Jedi Training Academy time and that the Jedi Training program is supposed to take 20 minutes. How much time should I allow *after* JTA to leave the venue? For example, does it take any time to link up photos to Memory Maker, etc.? I am just trying to figure out which JTA times would work with my ADRs, FP+, etc. We have a 4:45pm Star Wars character dinner at H&V. Could we do the 4:10pm JTA and still make it on time for our ADR? Clearly, we would not be able to check in for the ADR 15 minutes early, as recommended, but would it be close enough to be okay? (I would pick some earlier times as preferred options; I'm just wondering whether the 4:10pm JTA would also work). Thanks!

There is no procedure afterwards, other than grabbing a Photopass card (you link it later). The kids do take some time to turn in their robes and light sabers get their JTA certificates, but I consider that to be part of the show. I wouldn't do a 4:10 JTA with a 4:45 ADR...JTA takes about 30 minutes start to finish. I'd shoot for JTA in the next earliest time slot, then ride Star Tours if there is time after JTA but before the ADR.

My nephew did Jedi Training last week, and they told us give it a couple of hours for the pictures to be ready. We did the 10:10 Jedi training and didn't check until around 6:00 for the pictures, so I don't know if they tell you a couple of hours to be conservative, but you might want to try to get into an early Jedi training just so there is enough time for the pictures to be ready. Or, if you get into a 4:10 Jedi training, then go to your ADR in HS, then check for pictures after your dinner, that would probably work, too. Just leave enough time before the park closes to have your pictures linked or to buy, whichever option you are going with.

Also make sure you arrive at rope drop to get back to the Sounds Dangerous building (which they have tons of signs directing you in there) for the sign ups. We had a 8:00 ADR at H&V, and left there around 8:50, and headed right to sign up. They had let the park in probably around 8:45, and by the time we made the 2 minute walk there, the 9:20 Jedi training was already filled up. The line was massive for the training. We got into the 10:10 training, which worked out perfectly for us because it was lightly raining, and the kids in the 9:20 training got cancelled, so we were the first training of the day and didn't get cancelled. The line though was huge to sign up, so I am sure all of the spots were filled early.

They give you the Photopass card with ALL of the pictures from the training, so every kid will be on there. There were probably at least 100 pictures on the card that the lady at "Cover Story" went through to find my nephew, then she just linked my nephews pictures to my MM/Magic Band. (BTW, go to Cover Story and not Guest Relations for the pictures). I just posted about this here:

You don't have to link them in the park that day. You can do it anytime after the pictures have been taken. We've linked them a couple of days later in another park, and have also waited until we got home to link them.

I wasn't aware of that, but that's good to know. The guy at Epcot told us that if something went wrong and you didn't have them linked that day, you would loose the pictures. So I didn't want to take the chance of loosing anything and made sure everything was linked before leaving a park. :)
