Problems with Online check-in

Is anyone else having problems with a room request for online check-in? We are due to arrive in 10 days and I am trying to do online check-in but when I get to the box where you put in your room request....it won't let me type in that box. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong or maybe if I'm trying to check-in too early. Am I supposed to receive an email telling me to check-in online?

There are only two requests on online check-in, close to transportation and pack n' play. If you don't need a pack n' play and you are already paying for a preferred room - the boxes won't pop up.

Room requests are to be on your reservation; you need to call CRO.

I checked again and it has a box that says 'request up to 2 rooms' but again, it won't let me type anything in that box. So I'm not really sure whats up. I may just have to find time to call them and make the request. Thanks!!

Same problem here Vegas! I'm gonna call a bit later today. We too are 10 days out and I'd like to request a corner room at POFQ!

I read on another post that someone couldn't access their check in completely on Safari. They succeeded on Firefox. Which made me realize that i tried on Google Chrome, so later I'm gonna give Firefox a shot and see what happens!!

Ive done it on explorer and it can do the same thing.

As far as being able to request a buiding or room type that isnt possible thru online youll need to call and add the request. Just note all requests are NOT guaranteed..
