Hi we're 6 days out from our trip and when I went to check MDE on my phone it said I didn't have any plans (YIKES!!) So I checked on the website and they can't find my plans either. Please tell me that its a glitch ! !
Think it's a glitch on MDE app, this has happened to me nearly a month ago and still says my ADR are missing however when I checked on the website rather than app it kinda showed most them, many are out of order? Is there a number you can ring to confirm
Yea, all my info has been there all along on both my phone and the website, but today nothing is showing up on the phone and the website shows the info I think on the "my itinerary" but it won't find the hotel ressies, dining or fp+ under those tabs, but they're all there on the first tab, at least. I guess that means they haven't been deleted LOL!
There was an issue with reservations on the website too, and another thread about it. But someone said to log out, clear your history and log back in. It worked! Maybe that will be the solution for you. Good luck!

It's a glitch, without doubt.
Log out, back in and check
If that doesn't work, clear cookies, log in and check
If that doesn't work, change browsers.
I bet one of those methods will fix it

I have had that problem in the past. What type of log in do you have? Email or user name? They've made some switching to things and mine has done some wonky stuff.
I had an email log in, then the Movie account required a Username, so I had that too. For a while both worked interchangeably. Then the email stopped working. I got the exact issue you have. The username worked fine. Then it stopped working and I had to go back to the email. That's where I'm at now.
I tried all the login i could and they all pointed to different MDE accounts in my name. My main one is my email address. I guess I'm going to have to call someone. oh bother.... thank for your help though
I was having the same issues this morning. I even had the app search for my reservation by last name and number and it said there was no existing reservation. What finally fixed it was I logged out and logged back into the app. That cleared it up and everything was there again.
