problems making ADRs?

anyone having problems making ADR's this morning? I had no problems yesterday but today it keeps saying my credit card is declined. I called Chase and there are no problems on my end. Now I'm sitting on a 45 minute hold...

** Update **

CM confirmed there was a global problem. However, she was able to get me the ADR I needed - and at a better time than the website stated! So, my morning was not (completely) wasted. Hope it's fixed tomorrow!!
