I keep putting in which date/park and time and it's "searching" but never stops searching. Anyone else having this problem?

I don't know if you every had any success but I tried for a couple days unsuccessfully using Google Chrome. Once I switched to IE, it worked perfectly. ?? Don't know if anyone else has experienced that.
