Anyone else ever had this problem? In January I received the 3x Chase Disney Visa bonus offer. I called the phone number to enroll on Jan 14th. I put enough on the card to max out the 100 pt. bonus in January. My statement closed on March 8th and no bonus points showed up.
Friday I called the Disney Visa customer service number and the rep checked my account and said there was no record that I had enrolled, so he enrolled me "now". He then said it would take another 1 or 2 billing cycles to get the bonus 100 points. He had no explanation about why the enrollment didn't go thru on Jan. 14th.
The only other time I got a bonus offer was over a year ago - that time I enrolled online and the same thing happened. No points showed up - I called - they had no record of me signing up. That was why I did it by phone this time, but the same thing happened again!
Anyone else ever had this happen & did your bonus eventually show up? I guess I'm nervous about the fact that if I wait until after the Apr 8th or May 8th statement and still don't have them, they will say "too late to enroll".
