Problems combining gift cards on Disney website

I purchased two physical gift cards from Office Depot. I added them to the Disney gift card website without a problem but when I try to combine them with an existing gift card, I get this error message. Has this happened to anyone else? Were you able to resolve it?

You can only have $1k on a card and you have to transfer the entire amount, not partial. That's the only thing I can think of unless it's just having issues.

Have you tried tranaferring one of the new cards to the other to see if that works?

I have had issues before but typically when I am going through combining numerous ones. After doing 10 or so I will get errors. After waiting for an hour or so it has always resolved on its own.
